PoliticsPA: GOP's unbound delegate count in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia Business Journal)

Raffaele Puppio attorney Mike Puppio was interviewed by the Philadelphia Business Journal for their compilation of delegates that were elected by Republicans on April 27. Pennsylvania has 71 delegates, 17 of which go to the statewide winner. The other 54 can chose to support whoever they want.
